Underdeliver and Overpriced

So towards the end of October I was online looking for a company to build a carport and vibe wall as I was moving into a new place. I was approached by a company called Green structures who promised that once i do the transfer the job will be done in 3 days. The company continued to call me everyday following up on the transfer as they would like to begin. On the 4 Nov made the transfer. the job was only started on the 15 November and up until today it still hasn't been completed, I followed up with the receptionist everyday, and was never given a decent answer or the call back they promised. When I finally showed up at the offices as their office phone was always on voicemail, there was no on there and the weren't any computers on site anymore, very suspicious. Still not happy as what they promised has still not been delivered.
