Green square - BAD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE

It's shocking how consistent bad service is. I ordered navy hair color ***ment. The 1st tub was fine, after using the 2nd tub instead of navy my hair is now bright purple. I contacted Kathy du Toit and was sent a replacement but the same thing happened. I requested a refund and today I received a whole R40... Like really???? From bad service since I purchased to a bad product. It's clear that customers are not valid and YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU ORDER OR VALUE FOR MONEY. THIS PURCHASE IS ACTUALLY GOING TO COST ME MORE MONEY TO FIX MY HAIR AND NOBODY AT GREEN SQUARE IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY
