Generator ****

After seeing so called 'demos' we paid R 120,000 upfront for a Green Power 2000 30 kVA generator. We were promised 3 to 4 week delivery - but the machine only arrived 3 months later after daily battles with Phillip Deysel ***ner) and Hennie Van Den Berg (ops manager). The machine ran for exactly 8 minutes and then stopped working.<br> <br> We were promised that we would be given priority and that a replacement machine would be delivered within 2 weeks and that was still in 2015. Again - daily phone calls have been made to get a delivery date for the replacement machine with nothing but false promises and delivery dates. <br> <br> We have been waiting another 2 months without delivery. It's always \next week\". Phillip promised (on email) to refund me as I was unhappy - but despite numerous requests no such refund has been made. He refuses to take my calls and respond to my emails. <br> <br> We have made contact with several other purchasers and agents who say the same - the green power 2000 generators are a ****.
