Terrible service, rude manager

<p>Plumber was sent to us by the insurance company to fix a leaking geyser. Service was of a very poor standard and the job took over 3 days. The plumber did not arrive on time. Norman (the manager) was exceptionally rude and hot-headed with a bad temper. Will not recommend this company or use them again.</p>
