Green Mobile very bad service

I app**** for a contract phone with them and it took them two weeks and half to get the phone to me and still after such a long awaiting period i haven't received it, i had to call them and do their job by calling the courier company only to be told stories so i decided they not worthy of my time and money so i cancelled the contract. i mean if there was any communication error between them shouldn't they have called me to ask me if i got my phone or not,not for me to call and ask where is my phone. to me that's seriously undermining your customer and a bad service i'll never do business with them even if they paid me to.
