Unhappy customer

I purchased a 5l bottle of hand sanitizer on the 14th of April.. after being told that it will take between 2-5 working days to get delivery It is now the 22nd of April and after endless asking about my delivery I just get more empty promises.. I cantated someone by the name of George of glafrica. But I'm just not getting anywhere... I have now sent George a email giving him my bank details and told him to refund me my money. .
