Unprofessional service

My experience with this organisation is very poor. I made a booking a week i advance. Firts booking was cancelled on the day of the booking with the excuse of the room not private enough for waxing and I new appointment was scheduled for a week later. Again the night at 8:30pm before the actual appointment I was informed by the owner Merelda that she does not want to assit me and she will rather refer me to someone else. This after I have made my unitial booking with her personally. This after I have put in a days leave to accommodate the booking made by them. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. This service from green leaves wellness gives Pretoria North a bad name.
