Lack of ownership, commitment, integrity, over quoting

After the takeover by Ewald Booysen, the service delivery of Green Industries has deteriorated to such an extent, that I regret using this company, and would definitely not ever refer anybody to this company. Overquoting, mismanagement, not being present, and not overseeing the project are major shortcomings. The moment you report poor performance, Ewald keeps ignoring one's messages, which finally causes major problems icw project deadlines, etc.
