Medical Aid ****

Hi,

I am very disappointed , I am in a medical aid with BestMed, I received a claim that is already being processed, for the above pphamacy:Green health in pretoria, of which I have never used my medical aid, evr since the beggininng , since i last used last year June, when i complain to my medical aid,BestMed, I am told They cant reverse the claim,but only the phamrcy, and am not getting any feedback from the pharmacy,

i am surprised because every time when u purchase, we produce an ID, and we sign, how did they allow these without another documents, where is the signature,

I am not sure anymore if my information is secured, even now it is a small amount, if there is no followup on these, it shows someone can just use it, and use money from risk especially now that i do not claim always,

I am not happy with both service I get from my medical aid, they not helping me, to get the culprit, but am told I should followup with the Pharmacy,These can repeat to different pharmacy, will i be told to follow up with them again, Also the pharmacy not responding to my mails,nor provide details on that purchase.
