BAD WAITRESS SERVICE

On the 15th of December we went for our Christmas lunch at Green and Gold Constantia Kloof in Roodepoort,we were served by the lady called Happiness ,she didnt look keen to assist at all,we were completely ignored to such an extend that we have to place our orders with other waitresses and waitors who were walking past .We settled the bill for our team members and later ran another bill with the staff members that were still around ,we felt so lost ,neglected and felt like we are rather nuisance being there.Then came departure time ,we settled our second bill,and Happiness was not impressed at all and she was telling her colleague (for us to hear) that she served us for nothing because we did not reward her with a tip.She was very upset .We felt she did not deserve our tips at all.It was more like Happiness is forced to work there or to serve us rather.She really needs to work on her attitude and efficiency .What a bad first time experience.
