Good day La B

Information published in the Government Gazette including names, addresses, and identity numbers is classified as public domain by law.

The information is accessible from a number of channels online, and can also be sourced from the National Library without restriction.

Although not required to do so, Green Gazette excluded Gazettes including but not limited to the complete set of Legal Gazettes, A, and B from appearing in Google search results.

More information can be reviewed by visiting the Privacy Policy update at: https://www.greengazette.co.za/html/privacy/***4/

If people are so *****ing our identities so much does it make sense for you guys to violate how we feel about our privacy? If so then the act of popi is useless.

Could I get your account details? If you are a non-paying customer, free registration details will also suffice.

Good day La B

Registration for your account details.

Or if you're a non-paying customer, but still derive benefits from free services offered by Green Gazette SA such as alerts on:

i) Publications as they are released e.g. Tender Bulletins, Provincial Gazettes, or
ii) Alerts on gazettes with information matching your specified search terms delivered  within minutes of a gazette being published.

What are your account details linked to either the paid, or free service benefits?

This complaint appear to be from a random website visitor that has not made use of the services offered, neither paid nor free. It pertains to the content of the original Government Gazette of South Africa which GGSA neither compiles, nor makes modifications to. And adversely affects the rating and reputation of a 7+ year debt-free business..
