NO SERVICE FROM GREEN GAZETTE

I have a contract with Green Gazette to electronically deliver Government Gazettes as and when they are released. I've paid ? R800 annual subscription fee for this service. On 21 May this service stopped and I cannot get in touch with them. They form part of the Government Printing works in Pretoria. The telephone rings ***-12) but with no response. I am a contract worker that supplies a service to clients on important publications that is published in the Government Gazette. Please assist.
