That being said, if Google had previously indexed a page before the proactive filtering, the page still might appear in search results.

It may be in the Public Domain by law but contributing to prejudice makes it a legal conundrum nonetheless.

Green Gazette sites are accessed by HR personnel who may decide to exclude a qualified individual from a job opportunity based solely on inferred Gender Reassignment details being disclosed. It may be in the Public Domain by law but contributing to prejudice makes it a legal conundrum nonetheless.
