Poor communication and management

Generally speaking Wayne offers a no frills service. Initially there was some issues with inconsistent personnel this was resolved but the rotation of staff remains a big concern. The biggest issue is communication and management.

There is a lack of communication from the owner/ manager. There is also a lack of gardening skills as I consistently had to manage the garden workers and guide them on pruning roses, hydrangeas etc. These are basic tasks but don't get done unless you tell them to do it.

If you want a basic cleaning service, like mowing the lawn and picking up stuff with minimal autonomous maintenance then this is your go to.Otherwise I suggest getting someone else.

Also dont expect to be informed of changes to the appointment times this seems to be too much effort for the owner/ manager.
