Poor service

I placed an order for a pergola swing in June 2024. It was delivered extremely late after several follow-ups from my side. They delivered the swing bench with no chain, their manager said the delivery was correct, after sending them a picture from their website, they delivered the chain. The chain was supposed to be connected to the swing, but it's just loose with no installation instructions. On the 29th August 2024, I communicated my disappointment, my message was read, but no response, not even an apology. To date, my bench is on the grass and the chain is on-top of the bench. I can't use the bench as it is not fit for purpose. Highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and total disregard.
