Bad Service

Good day,<br> <br> I recently took my family for a vacation during the long easter weekend,<br> <br> we arrived at our destination, it was late on saturday 26 March. Since weve been travelling from PE I needed to use the toilet urgently. So when I went into the toilet I sat did my thing as I was getting then I felt the toilet sit moving with me.<br> Then i noticed that it was lose. As the day went by i decided to have a look at the whole Villa, The passage roof has something which looked like spider web.<br> <br> So I decided this enough let me rest.<br> <br> Woke up in the morning, went to brush my teeth. I saw something weird on the soap rack.<br> <br> I immediately went to reception but there was no one since it was sunday, so Monday morning i went again there was no one. I sent an email the following day noting what i had seen which to me was un acceptable.<br> <br> The response I got was that they will take it up with the housekeepers. No sorry, what can we do? etc nothing. I mean I paid money and excpect to receive proper service.
