After reading all these reviews I am scared because earlier this month I paid deposit of R40 300 for stand no.336 Platinum Park ( Pretoria North ). The next I was told the stand I bought is someone else's stand. Basically I have no stand number, and I was approved by the Standard Bank.

Just hoping that I am not gonna be one of their victims, because I am definitely not gonna take this lying down.

Good morning. Trust you are well. I am sure after our conversation yesterday you understand the situation. Please note that your deposit is safe and sound in a attorneys trust account while we sort out this problem. As discussed, this is an unfortunate thing that has happened, but will be resolved.

Thanks to Gert my mind is at ease, he called yesterday and assured me my money is safe and everything is in order.
The negative reviews really got to me and I was worried about the paper mix-ups and the money I already paid.
I can't wait for my new home....
