Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful

Absolutely shocking. The cleaning staff were great and the occupants were fun but occupants don't make a backpackers. I was treated without any respect from the receptionist who referred to me as a little boy as I am a 23 year old student. I had made it very clear from day one that I would staying on a day to day basis as I was waiting for the processing of my Visa, but on the third day this became a huge problem even though my payments were up to date. I was then told by the receptionist that I had to pack my things and leave before the stipulated clear out time and she even went as far as to call security to have me forcibly removed. After a lengthy phone call with the owner of The Green Elephant I was told that I would be expected to leave because he thought his receptionist and I were having a personality clash. This was astounding to me, I could not believe that he would rather lose an occupant than demand professionalism from his receptionist. avoid The Green Elephant, checkout a place called \33 South"which is just down the road where I relocated to and have received better service in every aspect for the same price.
