Excellent service and backup

<p>I bought a used 2011 Volvo S60 from Green Dot Cars in Late May 2017 (Mujeeb Baba as my Sales person)</p> <p>I had to find an Automatic vehicle because an old injury has hindered my ability to operate a clutch and this Volvo caught my eye. </p> <p>Mujeeb greeted me with a smile and was highly knowledgeable on the car as well as willing to take a look at my trade in and give me his honest opinion. I can’t stand it when you get info that someone thinks you want to hear and never follows up on what they say they will do and I can tell you it’s not the case with Mujeeb. It’s refreshing to connect on a personal level even though you don’t know someone.</p> <p>My deal was not a cut and paste deal, it took hard work, lots of thinking and structuring and then restructuring. Mujeeb was the man for the job. </p> <p>From the financing of the new one to the settlement and battling with the banks for the right deal he was on form and always called back when I couldn’t get hold of him because he was busy with another customer which I was happy with because he doesn’t break his attention when he is dealing with you which in my line of business is paramount.</p> <p>I had a snag list of little things which was duly sorted out right up to 3 months later when a boost pipe went wrong and they kindly offered to help me out, I’ll tell that is rare out there these days!</p> <p>I have had more cars than I have fingers on my hands and I have all 10 fingers and service like this has been forgotten sadly but not in Mujeeb's and Green Dot Cars case.</p> <p>I popped in to get my Licence disk for the Volvo and spotted a car that I thought would suit a friend of mine who was looking for just such a car. I recommended the car to my friend and Mujeeb gave the same service to him as I got. Both of us will be repeat buyers in the years to come.</p> <p>Keep it up Mujeeb and team, real service is priceless!!</p> <p>I’m well impressed guys!!</p>
