Thank you to Gerrit, Elana and the team. Excellent customer service. Once the application process starts they keep you up to date daily! They really managed to assist us in a way that far out reached my expectation. They are always friendly and willing to assist to make your home loan and the application thereof work for you. We had some troubles at other institutions and went weeks without an answer but when it came down to crunch time the team really handled our account efficiently. All I can just say is once again, I am a very happy customer!!!
