If it wasn’t for Marta, I wouldn’t be here today.

I’ve dealt with a few Agencies before, and as soon as things were not going according to their expectations, they left me hanging and moved on to other promising applicants, that were guaranteed to make them money. But, that was not the case with Green Door, after so many applications to try and get me an approval for the house I wanted, I kept being rejected, to some point I was giving up, but Marta, the Agent I’ve been dealing with since day one, kept on trying and working things out, so that I can move away assets that were in my name and hindering progress with my application, Marta stepped out of the box of just being in it for the commission or the money she would make on a successful deal, to a more of a personal relationship where she would guide me with my emotions, how to deal with disappointments, and how to keep being positive and trust that things will work out, she also took the liberty to be the one to assist me with my FHF (FLISP) application, and has never given up on me, till to date, the property has been bought and my family living in it, but she is still at it, to ensure that FHF application, gets paid out, the is a huge difference between being assisted by someone that is in it because they are trying to make a living, vs being assisted by someone that actually wants to assist you, I can actually pour out my heart to Marta because she has been a pillar of strength for me, during these 2 years that we have been working together, to try and get me and my family a home. Marta can actually make you believe that indeed, nothing is impossible, because come rain or storm, she will find a way, this is not to say that everything has been going great during these 2 years, but it has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but trough it all, today my family and I have a place to call home. If anyone was to think of purchasing property, I’d give my all to recommend Marta, I’d really say sit back and let her take control because she is so damn good with what she does.
