**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.**
A lady named Lorraine initially came across as friendly and relatable, but my experience ended very differently. I was open and honest with this company from the very beginning. Based on the information they provided, I paid for a service that they ultimately could not deliver. More than a year later, after it became clear that the promised outcome could not be achieved, I discovered that the refund promises made at the outset were no longer being honored. Instead of receiving the refund I had been led to expect, I was presented with a series of new explanations and additional costs that had never been discussed before payment was made. In my opinion, the process was misrepresented from the start, and I was left paying for a service that was never delivered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Green Debt. My advice is simple: get every promise, every refund condition, and every fee in writing before paying this company.
