uncomfortable product

I purchased a pair of shoes in October 2015. I took it back to the store because it was uncomfortable I paid a little more and took a much better pair. Too date the second pair is uncomfortable. I didn't want to go back to the store because of the experience I had returning the first pair. I was accused of kicking the shoe against a stone. I will like hellopeter to please look into this.
