Bought a pair of boots at Green cross. I wore them the next day, which was mothersday and also one of the coldest days of the year so far and my feet were frozen!! Being a teacher,Im on my feet all day and willing therefor to pay for comfort. What a nasty surprise I got the Monday upon wearing the shoes - I couldn't wait to take them off! The shoes were so uncomfortable and really DID NOT live up to the PROMISE of COMFORT given by Green Cross. And the RETURN policy was thrown in my face because the shoes had been worn. I would've settled for a 10% taken off or something of the sort, but clearly,at Green Cross, the customer DOES NOT come FIRST...
