Dear Green Cross Shoes

After my previous negative review on 7 February 2023, , I would sincerely like to thank Olivia, Senior Consultant and Ntombi, Store Manager of the Pavilion Durban branch for kindly assisting in exchanging my 87 year old mom’s sandals. We purchased this in August 2021 and the velcro had become problematic. The sandal had also stretched considerably! I understood that it was out of its 6 month warranty but couldn’t understand how a green cross sandal under 2 years old was being problematic. From experience these shoes last years hence the high price!

Initially Green Cross were unable to assist me but (being relentless and not giving up) and after sending them a video of my mom wearing the sandal, Olivia, Senior Consultant of Customer Care eventually assisted me favourably. My mom also lives with a stroke so having a good pair of shoes is tantamount to being independant.

We often complain but fail to give credit when it’s due. So this is a “Thank You to Olivia from Green Cross Shoes”! You made this happen! Kudos to you. 🙏🏽
