Sloppy shoes
I bought school shoes about a year and a half ago (3rd term of 2018). I thought I will buy a good quality shoe for my daughter's last years of school, and as I thought Green Cross is a brand that stands for quality and value for money (as no shoes of them is actually NOT expensive!), I would expect that they will give a bit of after care for a loyal customer. The sole of the shoe has become unattached to the rest of the shoe, which to me is a sign of faulty manufacturing. They did not offer to glue it back, let alone to exchange it!! In short: Green Cross' after-service-sales sucks!!
