Shocking customer service, and will not be promoted at all by me at all after supporting for so long.......

<p>My wife and I went to the Green Cross factory shoe shop on Saturday, after trying numerous shoes on as my wife has a foot disorder which requires her to use these shoes, she tried on shoes and only to find the boxes had no price on them, so she approached the sales person in the shop, and requested a price on the shoes, they then gave her another box with the same shoes inside it with a listed price. Only to find when we got to the till, the teller insisted the boxes were incorrectly packed, and the prices were incorrect, there was no offer of compensation offered, or even an apology. Naeem the shop manager was called, and we were just blatently told that there is nothing they can do, we should either just take the shoes at the higher price, or leave them. Clearly there is no understanding of the CPA within this store, or customer service that if a product is incorrectly priced and packed by the supplier, we are entitled to get it at the advertised price, as they made the error, or atleast offer a discounted price. This matter will go on social media, and will also be logged at the CPA, as i have phots of the packaging and pricing, and also a sour taste in my mouth regarding the attitude of Naeem the shop manager who has no customer s****s whatsoever!!!</p>
