Refund

My mother in law bought a pair of shoes on the 19.04.2015. She bought a size bigger than her usual size due to the swelling of feet. On Saturday when she put them on they were to small her feet had swelled again. She never walked in them at all. I went to return it to get a refund, and I had explained my story, and the sales assistant who helped us remembered me. Then they they said they couldn't refund it and would give me a gift voucher. What upset me was the way they were inspecting shoe and saying it was worn. Disgusting we would never do that!!!!!! I didn't't want a gift voucher a refund that's what I wanted. I'm disappointed by Green Cross. They will never see my business again!
