Quality not the same as before

I have been a customer for over a decade at Green Cross. I have been wearing one particular style from greencross for well over a decade. Sadly this year greencross has let me down on quality. I had purchased my normal sandal which I do yearly at Green Cross. In two months the sandal heel started to crack. I had made contact with the customer service department and I was not happy with the feedback that was given to me as the lady did not want to understand that I know the product well. For someone that's been reading the sandal for over a decade I can tell you immediately when the materials of the sandal have changed. This sandal is a manufacturer default!

Nevertheless I went to the store in which I bought this sandal, the lady did give me an exchange on the 30th of May 2021. And now the same problem is occurring again the heel is cracking!

As a customer I can tell you clearly that this is not the same quality that I've been waiting for years. The sandal that I used to buy and love from you guys was extremely firm and hard. The one I got now is soft!

I spent a lot of money and I'm not asking for the refund!

I want you to acknowledge that your brand has deteriorated and I want my money's worth!
