Poor Quality Product
Less than a year ago, I purchased a pair of Green Cross shoes - I was very happy with the look and quality and had no problem paying a "premium price" for a pair of shoes that were going to be comfortable and durable and look pretty cool at the same time!
Within 6 months, they fell apart (the heel support had broken and the stitching on the upper connecting to the sole had come loose). I took the back and after about 10 days, they were replaced with the same shoe - thank you Green Cross.
Fast forward 5 months to yesterday, again these shoes have blown out! Now bear in mind, these shoes are not worn everyday, as a matter of fact once a week at a push and December and January is "sandal season" in my life!
What must I do now Green Cross..?
