Poor quality kids takkies from Green Cross

I had a problem with the quality of kids takkies I bought. After a long time I was contacted to take the takkies to Brooklyn Mall. This I did, only to be informed that there was nothing they could do to help me as the takkies was too worn. This I explained happened when I bought them. I guess that I was not believed.

I have been a loyal customer for many decades but have now decided to no longer purchase Green Cross.
