Poor Quality

Agree with you the quality of the GreenCross shoes has deteriated drastically I used to purchase the takkies and had no problems regarding comfort however 2weeks ago I purchased the same takkie as I was fami**** with quality of this model I was dissappointed the quality is pathetic the green cross logo on the interior has been rubbed off after a day of wearing the inner sole seems to be bigger than the actual shape of the sole thus rubbing against my feet causing pain and discomfort. The interior seams are not machined properly the over lapped material also rubs against my skin when walking. I work a 12 hour shift after my first day of wearing this takkie I found myself in severe pain. The shoe has no comfort for Green cross. I contacted Green Cross and was informed that the store was a Health Shoe Store and not a Green Cross store they were just stockists but I feel this is unacceptable as this shoe is a Green Cross shoe. I now get told I can't get a refund altho this shoe has too many faults. I'm skeptical now I feel this is a factory fault or a ****. I paid alot of money for a shoe that has no comfort. I will not be recommending GreenCross to my colleagues who have seen the pain I was in after a few hours of wearing this shoe.. disgusted with quality but then Again it's made in China so that should speak volumes about quality
