Poor customer service and poor quality

I bought shoes at green-cross I wasnt satisfied with the leather of the shoes. I took them back to Maponya green-cross cross the manager said she will take them for assessment wich she didnt ,she kept them in the store for 1month after she called me back and said theres nothing she can not do with the shoes.
