Pathetic Service

Visited Green Cross in Pavilion at approximately 5.30 on Saturday 15 May 2021. Only one salesperson present, however no other customers were in the shop. The salesperson was unfriendly and spent more time entertaining her gentlemen friend at the counter than assisting to my 64 year old Mum. We did purchase a shoe to the value of R1000. Usually we purchase my Mum’s shoes from the Gateway branch however due to time constraints we went to Pavilion. Pathetic service for such a brand store.
