Hi,<br> <br> I am a regular at Green Cross Sandton City, I bought shoe in July 2015 for R 699.00 and by September the leather was pealing off. I took the shoes in on 28th September and they would apparently be sent to Cape Town for inspection and I would get a refund or another pair of shoes. After that no one got back to me to advise on the status of my shoes.<br> <br> I went into the store two weeks ago to ask and a tall guy checked my slip told me I would be contacted, no one called me still.<br> <br> Please can someone tell me what is happening with my shoes and why is it taking so long for anyone to say something.<br> <br> Where is service, I mean I shouldn't have to be running after you for feedback, I spent my money on what I thought was quality and it is not my fault that it is not.<br> <br> Please can someone get back to me.<br> <br> Thanks.
