No exchanges ....
<p>Heard about the massive sale at the Green Cross Value Shop in Epping and headed over to check out what they have.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bought sale items for my husband and son. The shoes I got for my son were a tad small, so off we went again the next day toexchange it for a bigger size. </p> <p> </p> <p>Walked in the store and after explaining that we needed a bigger size, the rude sales person informed us that now exchanges will be made on shoes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well, it would have been nice had Danielle who rang up my stuff the day before told me this in so many words.</p> <p> </p> <p>We drove all the way from Wellington to exchange it, only to be met by a bunch of rude 'sales people'</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting service !!</p> <p> </p>

In attempting to resolve this matter our Customer Care immediately made contact with our Epping store and feedback from the store manager is that this has been addressed and an exchange given on the shoes returned.
