No after sales service

I bought Green Cross shoes at a shops which sell Green cross shoes. I bought then in May and 4 months later the one shoe sole was cracked. I only use the shoes for work. So I took the shoes back to the shop. After a few weeks I followed up with Green cross when can they collect the shoes. The short of what he lady told me is because I bought it at a NON GREEN CROSS shop I have to wait until GREEN CROSS got time to collect the shoes. They can't send the area agent because of GREEN CROSS buss is more important than after sales service. They can't put there buss on hold because of one pair of shoes I have to wait. I have to wait until they got time to collect the shoes. After a few weeks I received a call the shoes was collected and will be send to Green Cross HQ. Needles to say since then no feedback. The time frame of this is a week short of 2 months.<br> <br> It's sad that when you buy a good product or was good that there is no customer service and that you have to wait until they got time for you. No after sales service very discussed with this service. I had to buy another pair of shoes because of this type of service.
