Incoreect advertised price, ****y attidude

On 12/02/2016 I bought a pair of shoes in the Highveld mall Green Cross shop for R799. Although it was not the colour I wanted, the person phoned the Middelburg mall branch and they had the correct colour. However I didn't know if would make it in time so I bought the shoes in Highveld mall. I then went to Middelburg Mall, and saw the exact same shoes in the colour I wanted for R699, so I asked the person (Muzi) I wanted those shoes and if he could take the ones I bought in Highveld mall to return it there, he said yes.<br> <br> However when I told him I paid R799 and these ones were R699, he first said he needs to scan them and they were R799 on the system. I said I want them for the price advertised on the shelf, He became rude and ****y and told me he didn't update the price and now he cannot take back the shoes I bought in Highveld mall. He argued with me and said he can only give me the exact ones (size, colour used ones on the shelf for that price not new ones in my size).He continued to argue and refused to assist me further.<br> <br> I am upset because he didn't do his job to update the price and now didn't want to help me. So in the end I have a more expensive shoe in the wrong colour
