GreenCross

My fiance and I have been to the greencross store, where I've purchased a shoe for her.We were advised by the sales lady and the gentleman behind the counter that since the shoe is leather it would stretch and become much more flexible but if not happy with it,we can bring it back for a refund. So two weeks down the line, the shoe is not flexible and has left blisters on my fiances feet. When she goes back to return the shoe, another gentleman thats in the store, working there, tells her to keep the shoe,he cannot take it back, since it has been worn. This is so unfair,a shoe thats approx. two weeks old that costed alot of money cannot be used. Now what do we do,please could you assist.
