Green Cross Pavilion - ******ion There way off there business...

Just recieved a call from the sales lady of Green Cross Pavilion she assisted me on Saturday last week.... Walked into the store to purchase my wife her birthday gift... She liked a certain Sandel but the only one left was damaged...so we placed an order and store to phone us when it had arrived... I offered to pay many times for the item on my way out of the Store but the store insisted that if the item is not in store payment can't be made for ... Thursday received call from pavilion store...... Sir we have your Sandel but it will be a R200 extra on your purchase.... The purpose of phoning me was to save my petrol ...unless agree to pay the extra... The manager didn't care ... It is as if buy it or f off..... kinda deal Certainly the price Cannot increase in just 4 days....and besides my order was placed with store at that fixed price..pending payment when it arrives

This experience with the Green cross pavilion store left me Completely disappointed the way off ******ion they resort to... Lack of care, and don't like it can f off attitude....
