Good Day <br> <br> The problem is they charged her R649 for the same sandal as it was not her problem you guys were out of stock. The employees at your store, argued that the sandal was never that price. Even though my mother and her son both saw it on special. She wanted to purchase two sandals that day and still told herself it will be under R1000. My mother is a regular customer at your store and there is no point in lying how much it was.<br> <br> If this is how your customers are treated and being conned of her hard earned money, it is really disgusting. i still remember the smile on my mothers face when she got home telling me how excited she is to get both sandals at a bargain.<br> <br> Your employees even made her feel like a **** today by arguing that it was never that price. <br> <br> Totally disgusted in your service!!!<br> <br> Regards <br> Kha****a Osman
