Crumbling shoes feedback to Green Cross
Ref: Previous report re crumbling shoes 21 December 2015

As advised by Twila (Customer Services) per email, I took the crumbling shoes through to the Tyger Valley Green Cross shop yesterday afternoon (30th December) where I spoke to Siya who appeared to be the most senior person on duty.

He had not seen the email that Twila had sent to the shop, nor the response from Tric Stone on HelloPeter (in which in was indicated that the shoes would be replaced at the shop). I showed him the shoes.

Siya indicated that I must come back with the shoes in the New Year, as they needed to be returned to the factory when it reopens after the holiday.

This was quite embarassing for me, and extremely inconvenient as I live outside PIketberg, 135km away from TVC.

Will someone please get their story straight and arrange a CONVENIENT resolution to this problem.

Many thanks
