color changing

I bought a pair of shoe from the Sandton branch a year ago. The shoe is changing color. I tried to get help from Green Cross; however they are not willing to help as they stated that the purchase was over a year ago. It is not about getting credit, I want help to restore the color. NO HELP. The pair looks horrible. I have many pairs of shoe from green cross. This will be the last.
