Brilliant customer sevice
Looking for tan-coloured formal shoes on Friday, 20 February, but my size was not available in the Sandton City branch. Denise called and reserved a pair for me at the Clearwater branch and explained that I could return my \second"pair of shoes (that was purchased at the Sandton City branch) and pay for the \""first\"" pair at Clearwater mall.<br> <br> The friendly staff and professional customer service at both the Sandton City [Denise] and Clearwater [Prince] branches deserves honourable recognition.<br> <br> Many thanks!!"""
