Bad service

I bought 2 pair of shoes to the amount of R1898 from Green Cross in Tygervalley. Had to return them (in the allowed period and not being worn) because of not fitting. I went there on Saturday morning as soon as they opened and was informed that they don't have cash to refund me since I paid by debit card. My number was taken and a promise was made that as soon as they had that amount of cash on hand they will call me to come in. Cannot believe that in 3 days they did not have any cash transactions to refund my money. I want it back ASAP
