Bad quality of green cross sandal soles

I've had 3 consequetive failures of green cross sandal soles. The first pair cracked across the width of the front sole. The second pair the same. Both lasted just under a year. Green cross replaced the 2nd pair for free. The 3rd pair's heel rubber lasted less than 1 month of normal walking. I returned them but GX was satisfied with the quality!
