Bad manufacturing of shoes

While I was in the store the sales lady told people that Green cross is the best shoes you can buy. I back to differ. I`ve bought four pairs of Green cross shoes on the 8th of August 2015. At the same time I bought a pair of shoes at the Chinese shop, for half the sales price I paid at Green cross. One of the pairs I bought at Green cross, heels are totally worn out. The other three pairs I bought at Green cross are getting worn out also. While the Chinese pair is still in an excellent condition. The sales lady at Green cross refused to listen to my story and I walked out as a very upset client and told her that I will spread the story. I also reported it to the regional offices, but nothing happened. Thank you.
