Bad attitude

Today I went to the Green & Cross store at Mall of Africa. I was assisted by Mpumi, who was very rude. I exoalined why I was there and requested for a refund for my son's shoes (he did not like them). She gave me such an attitude, she refused to refund me as I did not pay using a credit card but a debit card, my question was why does the store not notify customers of such when we pay. Mpumi and her supervisor told me to wait till they have cash, their attitude was walk around the mall and come back maybe we can refund you when we eventually have cash ( Shocking treatment) I was asked where I bought the pair of shoes or else I should take them to Menlyn if I was not prepared to wait till they have money. It was my 1st time in SA to hear of it. I and my family never to buy from Green Cross ever again ever.
