AMAZING SERVICE!!!! WOW!!!!

<p>I purchased a pair of shoes from Green Cross in Woodlands mall, and as I bought it for the winter, I only realised now that the left and right shoe were not the same size.</p> <p>I contacted Green Cross via email and Olivia Davies from customer care contacted me on Friday 3 March 2017 and said that they will see what they can do for me. And she was soo friendly and kind! On Saturday 4 March 2017 Lynette from the Green Cross Woodlands branch contacted me to say that they kept the mismatched shoes and that I should come in so that we I can get the same size.</p> <p>I went in on Sunday 5 March 2017 and Lynette and the rest of the Staff at Green Cross Woodlands were so kind and eager to help! She then told me that as they'd been hoping to hear from whomever had the mismatched pair as soon as they discovered the error so that it the shoes could be matched.</p> <p>AMAZING SERVICE!!!!</p> <p>It was such a privilege to be helped by Olivia and Lynette and such a nice experience to deal with them!</p> <p>Thank you Ladies, you're service was TOP NOTCH!!!</p> <p>I hope everyone sees this and realises this was amazing aftersale service!</p> <p>Kindest Regards,</p> <p>Christina</p> <p> </p>
