Amazing Customer Service!!!

I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU, to Nolwazi Nyomane from the Green Cross Meadowdale branch. I went to go purchase a pair of shoes for work today as I heard they were having a special and have been having huge issues with my feet. As I spend 90% of my time on my feet at work. When I got there they unfortunately didn't have any formal shoes in the colour black, but I was desperate. She was so patient and so helpful even though I wasn't the easiest to deal with. She answered all the questions I had and even gave me more advice despite the unfortunate stock situation. She gave me so many wonderful suggestions and refused to give up! She even made sure she gave me the correct prices for when I could eventually go and purchase a black pair from one of the other branches. She was mindful that I had a budget and made sure I was eventually able to come to a decision and take a pair of shoes I was happy with. Her customer service, patience and manners where simply OUTSTANDING!!! What a lovely lady!! I've never bought Green Cross shoes before but thanks to her I will for sure be purchasing more in future!!

Thank you so much Nolwazi, for your dedication to your clients as well as your persistence even in difficult situations ad well as with someone as indecisive and difficult as me. YOU ARE A STAR!!! And an ABSOLUTE ASSET to your management as well as to Green Cross as a company!! Keep it up!!!
